Bay Area Financial Planner

Help! I really need someone to help me get my financial mess in order. I'm not in bad shape ( as in- not in debt, etc). I just have money sitting in cash and in various accounts and I'm sure it's not working enough for me. I could use help consolidating some old 401K's from old companies. And even budgeting advice. I'm embarrassed to say I just haven't paid enough attention to Finances and have come to terms with the reality that I just won't buckle down and do so on my own. Any ideas in where to turn or anyone that can help?
