I am looking to rent an apartment, for 2K, I can see only old disgusting bad apartments
I am gonna run away from this crazy bubble, when I will get a chance.
Good luck to stay here!

You can, but their not being used as much. Hence why people are converting them into month to month apartments again.

The people that were using them for full time rental can still book them.

Well bubble shaped houses aren't that common so makes sense why they are so expensive.

Just leave this area.. no one is crying for you to stay here. The less the people the bubble gets smaller.

It's me! I determine if it cost that or not! It's not worth that, that I would say to you. They all screw you over. Open your eyes! Wake up!
      Apr 20, 2020
    • Meeting marker demand isn't being screwed over or require waking up. It's not a conspiracy, it's basic economics. You don't have to rent of course but if the average is day 3500 and you are trying to shop for 2k it's gonna be rough.

Same here, that's why I live in a van down by the river, same life quality, 0 expense.

No, it doesn't work this way
All those people just take advantage of us, younger people without real estate. I am not gonna pay any single dollar for their morgage, this is absolutely ridiculous. I will make more money and motivation somewhere there, in another city or even state.
      Apr 20, 2020
    • How will it be any different anywhere else? In other location you can pay less but will also earn a lot less. Many landlords are new and have high mortgages, they aren't making huge profits. You can save and buy a place yourself of course. Once you do and say ten years down the road you can rent your place too and offer it below market if you prefer.

2K and he wants new kitchen, the works lol. Bro just get a roof over your head or get a roommate. You could get a nice apartment 2bed for 4K with a roommate or grind LC and don’t be broke.
