I’m new to Research and am currently trying to better understand this space.
Does anyone else feel like they always need to fight for their voice in meetings with stakeholders (developers, product, designers)?
I’m a bit of an introvert and feel like product & devs try to keep me off of the conversations since research will only delay their timeline. When sprints are prioritized and research feels like it’s getting in their way, i struggle to prove my presence.
UXers, Is this a common struggle among Researchers, or do I just need to be more vocal and push my way in? the struggle is so real
Dev/PMs, can you share how you best work with researchers?

Engineering might be more difficult.
It feels like time is always running after our product teams cause they’re all so focused on shipping and meeting timeline, so it becomes a huge struggle for us researchers.
Good to hear an outsider’s perspective. Thank you.
