I just finished a loop — with one weak interview at the end. Not because of a coding or system problem... just had a lousy example for a leadership principle that didn’t allow us to dive as deeply as the interviewer wanted.
I’ve had a dozen George Costanza moments since then; there was A LOT we could have discussed.
But I’m not sure if it’s better to do something or do nothing. Maybe the interviewer didn’t really count it too strongly against me?
What would you do if you made a mistake in a session because you were off balance / tired / not thinking clearly?

Don't overthink it and definitely don't take any more actions. Anything you do has no chance of helping you but may damage your chances.
