Been at company several years, switched internally then left a month later. Will company blacklist me?

Or will it be okay since I have track record with company? From HR perspective, my internal transfer was basically changing my manager in the system I think.... But either way, will this cause me issues in the future if I want to come back?

It's a large known company, but not FAANG. (Don't be fooled by my "New" on blind)

Depends very much on your manager, usually. But if you didn't have at least one performance review under the new team, chances are high that it would be very difficult to return.

Left in good terms? Gave notice? Well hopefully your previous time accounts for something. But I guess you won’t for sure until you apply again to the team you want to be on and if it asks if you are a former employee, yes… and they will check the records… although I don’t think you’d be blacklisted forever if that is the case. Most people remain re-hirable if they depart in the correct fashion.
