Is there a repository of answers (website, pdf, any resource etc) for behavioral questions that one can refer to get some insights and inspiration?

    • They want your answer, not a canned response. And if I say, β€œtell me about a time you did x” I really really don’t want a hypothetical. If you make up a story it better be a good one because there will be follow up questions.       Thank you and no absolutely I don't want to give them a canned responses what I need to do is to be able to have provide them with answers that are professional and coming from people who are experienced in the field I have a lot of experience but when I think about writing down my answers I completely lock and I don't know how to structure those kind of answers once I get going I perhaps would be able to inject my own situations for my experiences.

      When I look at the sample answers in this link these are seem to me for junior people who are just answering things in a very very high level generic way however I'm looking for more of a you know answers that come from experience people in the field software engineers that have been gone and working in various different teams and they have more structured professional answers and I would use those to structure my own thoughts and be able to add my own situational thoughts.
