Being an effective Partner to Engineering
Hi Blind folks, A friend of mine works on the business user side. He wanted some reading material (books/articles/blogs) on being an effective cross functional partner to Engineering teams. He wants a way to understand how tech teams work, how best to align with them, provide direction and collaborate to get better outcomes. Any suggestions for such reading material?

No reading material. Tell your friends to focus on objectives, be an excellent listener, and ask copious questions whenever some technical thing isn't well understood.

Understand the tech. I see so many business side people ask for impossible things.
