Moving from east coast to Bellevue, WA. Please suggest affordable housing in Bellevue near Expedia/Amazon office location. Looking for a 2 bedroom medium sized 700-1200 sq feet apartment. Budget: $3000.00/month Planning on sharing with a person. Referrals are appreciated. Any tips, suggestions, link or leads?
Btw...: Expedia is no longer in Bellevue.
Yes, Amazon recently bought it. My office is going to be in the building next to it.
Not for long. All moving to Seattle eventually.
Foothill commons (3 miles away from downtown) is really good value
I suggest going to Craigslist or another housing site.
Metro112 is nice value in terms of sq ft/$. DM me if you want to split a referral fee.
Is it close to 10885 NE 4th St Bellevue?
Yeah thats 2 blocks away
If you are ok with Sammamish, dm me! I have one for rent for $2400. 1200 sq ft townhome.
Almost all the apartments in downtown Bellevue are price synced with each other. Even though some are definitely worse than others. There are skyscrapers being built everywhere right now, so I don't think you can avoid that noise. I recommend Belcarra, or BellCentre for newer apartments that have better light. The higher your floor the better the light. Position matters a lot
What do you exactly mean by position?
Water view, out of budget. Beware facing or near construction and traffic. Interior view the best.
At that budget, you should be able to rent a really nice apartment in DT bellevue, walking distance. But if you will be driving anyway. Also check out downtown Kirkland area....its a more interesting location.
I am not planning to drive. As I am a terrible driver. Something which is a walkable distance seems ideal.
I would suggest Foothill commons/Martine Apartments, will fall in your budget, 15min bus ride to work and closer to most of the good places. I lived there and loved it!
Thank You everyone for your suggestions. I am checking out these locations.
Avalon communities are generally good ... You will find a very good apartment for your budget.
