annapurna cafe in capitol hill is good
It's going to depend on your bar for quality food (and service). The core of Seattle really hasn't good Indian (or almost any non-fusion national food), but if you're willing to travel a bit you can sample the best of what Seattle has to offer. Places that I have had good Indian food are: travelers thali house (Seattle, thali), just tiffens (redmond, dosa), madras dosa corner (Issaquah, dosa), chat N roll (redmond, achari paneer kaathi roll), nirmal's (Seattle, can't remember...). Guilt trip was good, but was told it's gone downhill. But try it out.
