Best SF buildings to live in for Google shuttle
Preferably safe building in SF with good shuttle coverage to Sunnyvale. Studio / 1B under $3.5k. Haven't lived in SF before so trying the commute to SVL and see if it's tolerable. YOE 4 TC 240k
To MTV or SF campus? I have been looking for studio/1bhk apartments near MTV and the lowest rent I could find was $1.9k 😐 That's more than twice what I pay now.

Fox plaza apartments are right next to a shuttle stop in civic center. Studios run around 2.6k for 400 square feet. Also rent controlled.
Is that area safe? Had a friend tell me to stay east of 6th or west of the highway.
It’s close to the tenderloin, which is the bad area, but I think it’s safe. I haven’t had any issues, but if you’re adverse to a little grit, you may not like it.
Studio or 1b below $1.5k? You’re not going to find that in SF.
Yep, impossible. OP, add +$1k to your budget and you might find a studio.
