Best altcoin exchange websites other than binance
I have a binance account, but it doesn’t have all altcoins. Bittrex is closed. What are other altcoin exchange websites i can use? I heard poloniex and cryptopia, checking here if there are any other websites.

Bittrex is closed to new signups, that is what my question says above.
Bitrrex.com > sign up. It was closed temporarily to catch up on verifications.
Kraken
For smaller new coins I use KuCoin Exchange, they added Bounty0x, Deep brain Chain, UTRUST and Dragonchain recently. They have their own token KCS which pays dividends based on fees collected by the exchange. It also lowers your own trading fees!
