Best car to buy if living in San Francisco?
- Moving to an apartment in SF this summer - Apartment includes one garage parking spots, but they only allow “non-SUVs”. They said my Lexus RX350 is too big. - I can also use street parking, but need to deal with moving car for street cleaning, and finding a new spot each time. - I have 3 kids, all in car seats. Recommendations on cars that hold 3 kids and also work in SF?
Mini Cooper Clubman would be one of the best vehicles you can get in terms of cabin space to size ratio.
I would cancel that apartment and seek another. I live in a luxury complex in SF that holds space for SUVs, and every complex I toured could accommodate.

If you’re living in the city proper with 3 kids, then get another place that allows for your SUV. You can afford it.

Don't buy, lease. And go electric or hybrid because the increasing traffic times will eat up your gasoline.

This is a city of SUV’s. Sorry your car parking space won’t accommodate. I’d wait until you move and see what the deal is, it sounds like it’s probably a lift.
It’s a semi-valet garage. There are more cars than spaces, so often cars are double parked.
