Best companies for designers in Seattle
Currently at Microsoft. Joined as a new grad, have been here for 2 years. Great team, great WLB, but I already feel like I'm stagnating and want to grow in my career + TC. No great path for growth defined, and managers are supportive but not actionable. Looking to move companies. Currently interviewing with Convoy, Pandora, etc. Want to stay in Seattle (or Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, Kirkland, etc.) and prefer working in-office to remote, but open to remote. What companies are competitive/growing? Anything helps, thanks in advance! Convoy ghosted after the second call and won't respond to emails 😂 interviewing at a bunch of other companies. Some are lower TC so I've had to rule them out. Doing final rounds at some smaller (YC et al) types of companies RN
