Best company for for WLB (Strategy & Operations)?
Hi All! Sick of the insane consulting hours and looking for best value on my time. I'm looking to pivot into a strategy/ operations role in tech. I am looking to maximize the ROI on my time. you should have headhunters routinely reaching out to you with job offers, baswd on your previous client engagements. Otherwise you are doing consulting wrong
I moved from B4 strategy consulting as an SM to S&O at google and it's been a great experience. Definitely not a 9-5, but the hours/stress are much better than before and the work has been interesting. Agree with the earlier comment about seeing where you get an interview before focusing too much on any one firm though because it seemed a bit random in my experience (i.e., positions I was perfect for never reached out and others that I didnt expect a call from did)
