Best company to work for?
Ive seen multiple posts on Blind and each has a different opinion on different companies. Please make your opinions based on the following. You can choose multiple options 1. TC 2. Tech Stack 3. WLB 4. Company culture / Work environment 5. Fame / Impact on resume
Polls like these have to be flawed and noisy in so many dimensions and biases. For example, I worked at two of the companies above and I own stocks and I'm definitely going to vote based on my experience alone as I can't speculate what's going with other companies, which is noisy for the overall result. The ideal votes should be only coming in from the people who worked at all of the above and can backup their vote.
Noisy data doesn't get "averaged out" by increasing the sample size.

You should step outside the bubble of BigCo tech companies. There are plenty of companies with higher expected TC, better benefits and a more enjoyable culture.
As long as you get a good team in any of these companies, you can't go wrong. Stay for 4 years and bail to the next one.

Pure Storage has been rated as one of the 18 top companies to work for by bay area millennials. I don't know how much we paid to get on the list but I like it here a lot. Been around the block a few years.

I have 6.5 (been at 5 companies, 3 of them less than a year) years of experience and my breakup is 160 base/15% bonus/90k stock. And you get anywhere from 60-100k in refreshers for being a star performer.
