I'm in sales at an Allstate agency and I am looking for a new company.
Why not be an independent insurance agent. All the companies will screw you the first chance they get (State farm, farmers, etc.) They own the client relationship. YOU SHOULD OWN THE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.
USAA, although I'm not sure they have sales...military folks kinda just flock there.
Usaa, PacLife, ZurichNA
USAA paclife and prudential are great places. Pru is modernizing their product and offerings. They have a google like building located in a shitty NJ neighborhood.
Well that’s broad, what do you sell? What would you like to do?
I'm a dev at State Farm
Do you handle the quoting software?
IDK who the hell does because 99% of people have no problem saying it sucks, but has no influence over it.
