Best insurance for parents traveling from India to US

Hi Blinders,

I’m looking for the best insurance for my parents who are in their 50s and 60s and generally healthy who will be traveling to the US for a couple of months.

I don’t mind paying a premium as long as it’s easy to use it if there is a need.

Easy to use

1/ ideally I shouldn’t have to pay in full and get the reimbursement. Not a deal breaker.

2/ hassle free and fast reimbursement

3/ decent coverage when it comes to hospitals and ICUs in California Nevada Arizona area.
