Looking for recommendations, I haven't lived in a place with so much choice; LMI, MonkeyBrains, Comcast, AT&T, webpass, Telnexus, Etc... I work from home and would like to find the best speed & uptime while ideally avoiding Comcast/AT&T.
I found them on Yelp, they appear to service oakland
I've submitted a request, I'd love to can Comcast.
They sent an email back. They only offer service in SF.
I can dream right... :(
Most providers outside of AT&T and Comcast lease AT&T and Comcast lines and are piggybacking on them. Go with Comcast. We haven't had an outage in a really long time and you can get some decent speeds. SF is starting to get fiber, so hopefully that will cross the bridge soon.
This is what I have decided to do; then I plan to call their cancellations team and get an even better price.
