I really like Dashlane. You can do a free trial for a month or three (I canโt remember the details). After that period you have to pay for the premium features. You can use the free version if you have less than 50 passwords. Also, if you install the app on your laptop you can get the passwords pulled in from chrome if you use that as your main browser.
Enpass hands down. One time fee, No subscription bullshit.
1password You can use it for free with Dropbox sync.
Dropbox isnโt free anymore - they charge for 3 devices or more
You store your passwords on your phone and personal machine. Is there anything else?
Lastpass
Lastpass lost my business when the shut down Xmarks yet charged me the same. Moved over to 1Password and EverSync.
I find default Apple passwords to be pretty good. Also believe itโs quite secure.
Never use the chrome plugins from any of them though.

You are literally handing your ass to anyone breaking into your device.
Dashlane. Comes with a VPN included as well and some of the best password autofill functionality on mobile devices.
