Any recommendations on using a recruiting firm to get a job at big tech companies for non-technical roles?

Big tech companies (FANG) generally don't use recruiting agencies for FTE roles, just contract ones. If you're ok with this, try Aerotek, Modis, Kforce, etc. Just check their current openings.
Big companies have internal recruiters and don’t want to pay extra for external ones.
I believe FAANG for the most part use internal recruiting. The recruiting agency’s tend to focus on startups.
