I’m currently interviewing for Performance Advertising in Toronto. I was wondering if anyone had information on the on-call and ops load at Performance Advertising, especially in Toronto? I’m also curious about WLB here. I don’t know which sub-team to choose within Performance Advertising, and I want to make sure I choose a good one.
If this isn't a good team, what are some good alternative teams you guys recommend for Amazon Toronto?

Also, in terms of alternative teams in Toronto, which ones would you recommend?
On call is not so bad but definitely stressful. Managers are the worst. Micromanagement at its best.
I do not know many alternate teams in Toronto.
It's kinda weird that on taking an intersection between teams and stack + locations(im looking for Toronto specifically), SSPA comes out on top. Blind has been VERY explicit about the horrible culture there though, so yea no thank you.
Anyone have any clue on best teams within Advertising in Toronto from an SDE POV?
