Most companies post jobs on sites like LinkedIn, however networking with the people in the firm seems to be the best (and sometimes only) way of getting into the firm. How does one navigate recruitment in the finance industry?
Firms usually go from searching people they know and then if there isn't a suitable one, they post on Linkedin. However, bulge banks will just post on Linkedin cuz there are too many people who they know lol
