Are there any affordable weight loss programs (maybe one you've used?) on a scheduled ready meal system? Similar to nutrisystem (which is about $500/month). I'm looking for something under $100 a month. I'm considering buying the frozen ready meals from Walmart but not sure what's actually good to get.

Or have something very light like Greek yogurt and an apple. Skipping a meal is not the greatest for you.
True. I meant to say to emphasize having a hearty breakfast and lunch and then skipping dinner. The problem with dinner is that it's our only quality meal of the day outside of work (eg, a rushed and non nutritious breakfast before work or something quick during lunch) so we tend to over do it.
There is a no cost weight loss program that tells you how to do it: 1. Eat better quality food 2. Eat less quantity 3. Exercise daily Ensure that you burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight
If you don't mind the lack of diversity, just eat only good things but lots of them like chicken breasts eggs salmon fruits Greek yogurt. Also work out, ie cycle hard for 60 min twice a week. I also recommend Nike Training Club, it's an app, they have workouts for everyone and you dont need equipment, barely need any space. Cut out all sugars, don't snack, enjoy the weight loss 😄 Source: I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks doing that, now at 15 lbs after 6 weeks

Clen, Tren, T3, ECA, HGH and low carb will have you dropping 30lbs in a month and 10lbs a month thereafter. However, depending where you live it might be illegal.
I want to do something I can maintain. This would be very hard for me to maintain. I can see myself gaining it all back
OP, you need a healthier lifestyle, this would help you at the beginning (I think) but not on the long run
Keep eating normally but work out intensely morning and evening. Works like a charm

and in 6months you are fat again, also lipo wont remove visceral so you will still be unhealthy
Uh. Eat 2 packets of low sugar oatmeal for breakfast and dinner. That leaves you with 1000 Cal's which unless you eat cheesecake for lunch is enough to eat whatever
