Beware of Books store organization

Hi everybody, My heartily & sincere request to everybody in Amazon not to join kemer*@ and *krishna@ org as there are lot of politics and instead of hire and develop the best. The managers here ruin the SDE career by doing micro management and are not supportive. They don't encourage new people in the system. I was put in Dev plan for no reason and when ask for ramp up plan or project. Nobody cared and I am PIPed and in i got fired. I have F1 visa issues and nobody help too. Bad people and management.
