    US should shut down the flights from India. We all know spreading the virus is bad for the whole world. If you blamed Chinese ran out of China, you should blame Indians for the same reason. Meanwhile, containing the virus into one single region can better utilize the worlds resource to focus. It is not time for the US to show the hospitality. Shut it down .

      It does not make vaccine ineffective. At least based on current knowledge. But if the virus stays longer in non-vaccinated people the chances of a mutation that renders vaccine ineffective increases.
