You’re a few years late my friend.
never too late my friend.
Would you have said the same back in 2015 when it was climbing its way back to the $1000 mark it set in 2013?
If Tesla can go to $1000 I see no reason bitcoin can’t go to $100k
What u excited about, been languishing there for a long time
Here we go again 🤦♂️
I have summarized a few investment thesis for Bitcoin below. I do acknowledge that Bitcoin has no intrinsic value (its value is determined by users of Bitcoin), so it is quite a speculative asset. That being said, I think there are a few tailwinds: 1) Storage of Value: There is a lot of value in a decentralized, censor-free asset that can be transferred digitally. There will only be 21mm bitcoins mined in the world and every few years the production of bitcoin drops by half. If you look at the usage of bitcoin in countries with significant inflation, it is very high. The key is to observe how much use case can be developed for crypto 2)Institutionalization: Currently, crypto is mostly exchanged between retail investors. Given the significant dry powder available to institutional investors, over the next several years, if crypto does become institutionalized, even just 0.01% allocation for pension/sovereign/mutual funds will boost prices significantly. 3) Millennial Digitalization: I personally believe millennials will change the mentality our parent’s generation have from buying gold to store value to buying crypto/Bitcoin. A lot of younger generation (I am talking about mainstream, middle to lower class folks) don't think about gold when they think about safe assets - they think about bitcoin 4) Political Climate: We are living in times where countries are becoming more isolationists (USA building a wall along Mexico and declaring tariffs on China and its allies, UK leaving EU, Qatar leaving OPEC, etc.). Over the next several decades, I believe the world may see increasing conflicts (I hope I am very wrong on this). Crypto/Bitcoin is a good way to transfer your assets out of the country in as little as a Trezor wallet. I think there is money to be made unfortunately as digital currency becomes a refugee currency
