The interviews were fantastic, solved the problems, presented edge cases. Answered all the questions and still got a reject citing reason as "weren't able to see the spikes needed in the coding interviews" whatever this means! At this point I don't know what companies are looking for. #plaid #crazy #interview YOE: 5 TC: $350
Spike?
Yeah I am learning some new word usage here
Yeah, whatever that meant...
I was referred, before onsite went through 4 interviews (one follow up requested as they wanted to see more signals related to coding / they said similar shit to yours). Rejected without any feedback and ghosted later on. I tell people to avoid them.
Was this phone screen or onsite?
Sounds like you got a 2 on one or more of your interviews and no one saw any spikes or didn’t advocate to hire you
2 out of? Can you share more about the scale and what each score represents?
4 - strong hire 3 - hire 2 - no hire 1 - strong no hire
What are some of the questions plaid asks? They said no leetcode but not really how to prepare for it. I have the first technical round (2 hours for 2 questions tomorrow. They didn't tell me how the process looked or anything like that.
Yes, it would be helpful if someone can share interview process.
Can you share details of your interview process?
What role did you interview for?
Can someone please help with some coding question example? Are candidates expected to know multi threading?
