Blackstone vs BNY Mellon
Hey Blinders! I have 2 offers from BNY Mellon and Blackstone BNY Mellon: Project manager /SM Blackstone: Product owner Base salary is the same. the variable is high in Blackstone. BNY Mellon is fully remote role. Which company has better work life balance?
not sure about wlb but in terms of prestige black stone is top notch
I’m ex Blackstone. Just left. Blackstone’s WLB has a tendency to be fairly poor.

Do not work at BNY M. Been here 2.5 years and have had a poor experience
Work life balance is great, there is a lot of change going on here however.
BNYM has a great work life balance. But it’s moving towards JMPC model where you negotiate upfront. Don’t expect a raise until at least year 2. But you’ll have flexibility
