Blind & Company Perception
Does seeing racist or sexist comments on Blind from people at particular companies impact your perception of the company, or whether or not you would ever work there?
No, you're going to find people who say things like that from any company. It's also easy to say because it's the internet.
Are people here more vicious because they cannot say things openly?
Absolutely, because if one person is a racist on Blind then clearly the entire company is. 😂😂😂
No. There's shit people everywhere. There's also probably good people everywhere. I'm more concerned with what the company is actually doing and if I agree with their business model and practices.
Microsoft skews older. People who have 20 years of diversity training courses are jaded about it and this comes off as racism. Very few people at any of these companies actually believe that their race are God's chosen people (except for some Jewish blinders).
Not just the racism and sexism, it's the left wing loons as well. And the blood feud against Indians (sometimes from other Indians), yeesh.
Definitely would make me think twice about working at Oath.

Yup same here. I actually feel bad for my friends who worked there now if this is how their former colleagues feel about minorities / women.
Remember this is all employees, every vendor/ retail worker etc. You are seeing a slice of America.
