Been using Blind for 2 months now. Have been using LinkedIn for 2 years. I find Blind more useful... Pros: 1) around 8/10 people reply and guide. 2) ground reality is discussed in posts. 3) awesome community comments Cons: 1) Negativity is a part of such platform. Why do you think people respond more over here? ( Basically, why do you think Blind is more engaging). In future, Can it become a better professional network, as compared to linkedIn ? How can Blind be improved?
I love the anonymity and freedom to talk about the bad parts of our companies.
It's because there are fewer people on Blind. Wait till everyone discovers it and ruin the quality
Even comparing the two in your mind means you're using linked in wrong. Bling is there to talk shit about your company. Linked in to tell recruiters you're not interested. Completely different!
Maybe from your perspective, i use both to get guidance, news and referrals.
I tend to agree with Wayfair They are entirely different tools and I would never dream to post the same content on both. On linkedin everyone wears a mask and everything is perfect. "Real" posts are incredibly rare. Anonymity gives you the chance to tell the truth without repercussions on your image. Unfortunately it also allows some to troll. Each of us decides if on balance it's worth our time.
Blind is anonymous so there's no spammers posting bullshit content to "build" their careers
Yet ..
Give someone a mask, and theyâll tell you the truth....or rather what they honestly think.

TikTok Internal Situation. Should I join with huge bump in compensation?
The strength is that itâs *not* a professional network. People say whatever they want and donât need to be âprofessionalâ.
