How does TC break down annually? I see a lot of folks talking about base + RSU + Signing bonus + annual bonus(?). I don't know what a refresher is. How does this translate to annual take home? If you can use hypothetical $200K TC, how does that translate? Thanks!

Is yearly bonus guaranteed for as long as you work there or a finite amount of years? So in a hypothetical 200k, it can be: 150 base 20K bonus 30K/yr RSU?
