Do you really think Amazon is that bad
You qualify as a grad even with 2 years of experience? I don't think you can both accept a grad position and negotiate with your experience at the same time. The whole point of specifically recruiting graduates is because you're looking for people right out of school with barely any professional experience. You also expect to pay them less.
To be honest even I am not sure how recruiter shortlisted me but for me Bloomberg is a big brand name and I want to leave my current country and move to an English speaking country because I am still not able to learn the local language :(
