Hi everyone, I received an offer for a TPM II role at Blue in Kent, WA and was wondering what the current salary range is so I can give a reasonable counter offer.
The offer that was given is $120k, but given WA cost of living, I think that number is quite low. #aviation #blueorigin #tpm

I am level 3 with 10 YoE and 160k.
I am assuming you are under 5 YoE to be offered a leave 2 role.
Came in at 120k (lvl 2) a few years ago, bumped to 135k in the dec 2021 comp change, and then just got promoted to 3 at about 155k. So not exactly your $$ but very similar.
The problem with that internal page is majority of the entries are before the dec 2021 comp change, so everything is roughly 10-15% lower than current numbers
If you want to do aerospace I'd recommend getting out of WA as it is hard to afford on industry salary.
Is this for manufacturing or software?
