I am aware that it’s easy to get trapped at Boeing if you stay, so after completing an internship would you recommend not accepting a full time post grad offer?
Do not stay, you will be trapped
Best name on blind right here
What's the alternative?
If they pay well and the environment is healthy don't be afraid to be trapped... But don't forget that in airspace industry ppl die because of bugs (and no it is not a bad joke because of the late incidents) So depends what the position is, what the TC is, what the stress factor is and if you can take it...
Started my career at Boeing after an internship and it was a great choice. Left after 2 years.
Great choice and you left after 2 years? 🤔 Do you mean 20?
I started at a similar defense contractor. Pressure was low and I used my extra time to teach myself. Was a good place to start my career I think.
Lol. Why son?? Do you wanna grow old quick. The tech stack is so old that it can be used a fossil or maybe used to produce next generation of clean fuel ⛽️
