So it’s been about a month since I got a verbal offer from Boeing but still haven’t received an email with the written offer and comp. I’ve called the recruiter and the said they’ll work on it but still haven’t seen anything.
Usually offers are quick after verbal offer. Which group, skill area are you talking about
Was previous with UTC/Collins, time gap was about a month as well
Do you enjoy Boeing better than Collins? I’m thinking of applying at B but i feel it’s probably the same BS as Collins
That's probably true for aero in general. Overall, my team culture is pretty good and I enjoy it a bit more. Seems to be more opportunity.
They generally take 3 weeks to a month in sending you an offer letter. They usually do the background verification first and then send you the offer letter.
It took them a month before I heard back. Ans this was before the surge in hiring. Just keep following up.
Don't worry, everything inside works this slowly too 🙃
So did you get the offer? I am in a similar boat, interviewed 1st week of May, verbal offer last week of May. No response from recruiter even after following up
Yeah so I did end up getting the offer in my email. Everything just runs slower in Aerospace. Don’t worry, they’ll email you just gotta hold tight for a few weeks

Aero in general is slow but this is a little too slow. I’d just keep interviewing and use the Boeing verbal offer as a way to leverage more tc
