Women, help me understand why this is inspirational
Just had phone interview with an engineer 2h ago. The coding part was done smoothly. I talked out loud and solved the problems (2 medium) optimally. But totally failed the behavioral question 🤦🏻♀️ i didn’t prepare for it at all. Flashing back now and realizing my answer doesn’t even seem relevant to the original question. Any chance for onsite? #amazon #phoneinterview #interview #tech
You will have a Bar Raiser and an HM for competencies based on leadership principles. If you do good in that, they might have datapoint in favour of you in debrief. If you did both the problems, interviewer will give a Hire stating that more datapoint needed on leadership principles.
Thanks 🙏 lets see where it goes
Never heard of a behavioral question. What is the nature of such a question?
"tell me about a time you..."
Ahh thanks. Yep those can make or break a candidate.
Shitty lp questionS, I would not join but you so you
Lol dude why r u at amazon now?
I’m on pip and on my way out, been wanting to leave since month 1 but didn’t had money to pay relocation back nor bonus
Who knows. I did an ML interview a few days back and did good on some LPs and fair on others. Answered 9/10 ML questions and the coding problem correctly. Reject. I think it depends on interviewer and resume to a degree.
Update on this. I’m gonna have on site soon. It maybe true for hire to fire 🥲
Did u get fired?
They will extend an offer so they can PIP u faster
