Check out the r/erectiledysfunction sub-reddit. They have a lot of helpful posts. Things you need to do:

    1. Get your hormone levels tested. You may have low testosterone. The doctor should be able to provide you with options to deal with this.
    2. If you smoke - cigarettes, vapes, hookah etc. Stop asap.
    3. Have a fit lifestyle. Eat healthy, go to gym regularly, lift weights.
    4. If you consume porn - stop or reduce the amount.
    5. Communicate with your partner. With time passion fizzles out. So try discuss and try new positions, roleplay etc or watch porn together. Just try adding more spice to your sex life.
    6. ED can also be caused by high stress levels. So try to relax.
    7. Magnesium deficiency. Start taking making magnesium supplements and see if that makes a difference.
    8. ED pills. If all else fails go with this route.

Interesting 7 actually helped me a lot. Do you need a prescription for Roman or hims?

Roman and hims just need an online questionnaire and they approve the medication. Istr that Roman is horribly overpriced though .. hims seemed cheaper for generic. Still much more expensive than a regular prescription and pickup at the pharmacy with insurance coverage but that's the price you pay for discrete home delivery I guess ...
