How are bonus components determined in Google/fb. For 15% annual target bonus, what will be cash and stock components ?

15% at Google is all cash. Stock is separate and typically larger, at least for SWEs.

The "bonus" percentage is all cash. Stock is on top of that.

As others said, bonus is cache. Refresher vests over 4 years and typically is 25% of the standard initial grant for that level. Can get much higher for top performers.
