Leaving SAP in February, wondering whether I will receive my bonus for the last year and if yes, then when. Read that it depends on the country and manager Also curious whether to sell my shares before or after the last day at work. Were you in dev?
You can transfer your stock anytime to your brokerage
I tried it but seems impossible
You should call equity plus and your brokerage to get it rolling. You must be missing some info that both companies can tell you. Once set up, you can only transfer whole shares. But you can sell fractional shares from equity plus. I make monthly transfers to my brokerage.
Yeah, you will. Manager only has discretion over part of the bonus and can't modify the company and org portions. You can calculate your minimum bonus even if your manager gives you 0%. This is for REB only.
Sell yourself. Friend of mine lost thousands after their sell…
Generally speaking, if you are leaving the company voluntarily or due to operational reasons and you depart after December 31st of the bonus year, you are eligible for a bonus amount up to 100% of your bonus target. If you leave prior to December 31st you are not generally eligible for any incentive payment other than earned commissions.
Key words: “up to”.
Following - if leaving in March after bonus has been entered into system, will we still get it?
Yes, of course.

For those leaving, don’t forget about: - your RSU vesting date is March 10. This will be paid on the April 15 payroll. - If you have unused accrued vacation, it will be paid to you (according to a friend who left SAP). Be sure to use up your SAP personal days before you resign. - claim your SAP Appreciate cash awards.
I heard that you can, if you leave after jan 1. However, you may not get 100%, because performance review result is out of your control. It will be paid end of Mar, like always. You don't need to sell your stock immediately, there are several options, you can even keep them, your manager should have info. Worst case you will have access to equateplus for 90 days and you can sell then in that period.
Thanks for clarifying, much appreciated!
