Booking Amsterdam vs Amazon India

Recieved an offer from Booking Amsterdam, any relevant inputs will be really helpful.

TC : 95K Euros
30% tax ruling applicable

Current company : Amazon India
TC : 18L INR
YOE : 1.3

Plan is to work for few years, travel, explore different cultures and then return back to India.

If I leave Amazon will I be missing on some opportunities for future owing to the brand name ?

In general how is growth gonna be affected as a SDE ? ( Not learning much at Amazon too IMO )

Any other major points or parameters to be considered are really welcome.
