Booking.com vs outsourcing?

TC 50k eur, > 5 YOE in outsourcing company, quited it. My final goal is to get into FANNG and live in the US. I live in EU right now. According to the latest interviews, I failed some FAANGs in EU, some of them did not consider me. But I got offers from a few other outsourcing companies (they ready to transfer me to US, though I have to wait for GC there) and an offer from Booking.com. Is it worth joining Booking and then try again with FAANGs? My understanding is that FAANGs will be much more interested in me rather than if I’d join just another outsourcing company

What is wrong with Booking? Perl/management/tasks? Just don't get why

It's fine here, not amazing and not terrible but it can get really frustrating at times. If you come in, work on getting experience in a different type of company, it's probably worth it. The money is good, you can travel with 25% off hotels and enjoy your time and retry moving to FAANG later if you want.

From tech perspective it’s getting better and better. Bit it’s still not what the market and FAANG is doing. Management and leadership is a bigger problem here. If you expect to get promoted, this will take at least 1.5 year. But B.com can be a great learning experience if you’re not good in politics, managing expectations and leading community initiatives.
