Come home from work everyday and watch tv, YouTube or play on phone. Literally have no motivation to do anything even if I get home early. Have a long list of personal errands and tasks piling up. How do you manage your personal life? Maybe I need some vitamins or something. Always feeling sleepy in the evenings around 6/7pm.
Get your vitamin and thyroid levels checked. Lack of motivation can also be a symptom of depression. Either way, talk to your dr.

Vitamins, as mentioned. Less likely, but Iodine and testosterone levels can also play a part. Get tested for sleep apnea or any other sleep disorders that may be undiagnosed. Finally, fix your WLB. Anxiety or stress will kill your motivation. Do things with friends on the weekends, even if you don't really want to.
Same here. Iโm starting to hire people to do things I hate, like cleaning. And being nicer to myself for the lack of motivation while pushing to do things like working out.
Get tested for vitamin D and vitamin B12. I recently found out that I was severely deficient in both. Lack of vitamin B12 can specifically mess with your head.
