Boston FANNG/major players

Alright I’m seriously considering leaving GE now. Been at GED/power digital for a year. Blew out both years as the top performer in my unit. As an example, I’ve booked 22M in software already this year. The leaderships scares me. And I want to return to executive leadership (been a matrix leader here). I make 200 base and did 650k last year and expect to be at around 859k this year if i stay. I’d happily give up basically all but 350 in i come for RSU’s and move out of commercial back to product. Former jobs were top exec at start ups (one with 9 gig exit) for marketing, product, sales. What kind of level should i be looking at and what companies actually run major analytics or SaaS businesses in Boston? For family reasons I’m not willing to move but i don’t mind aggressive travel. I’ve been considering Hubspot - any input on comp there?
