Box base salary plus stocks
Going into box for an interview in a couple of weeks. Anyone know what the vesting schedule is for the additional stock/rsu?

Yep. 25% after 1 year and quarterly after that.

The full answer is 1 yr cliff of 25%, then 1/16 received quarterly for the next three years on the 20th of the following months : march, June, Sep, Dec. I had about 36% of my shares withheld for taxes in each distribution (as an example).
