Box or Youtube
Just got the offer from Box and Youtube. Since I interviewed with Youtube at L3, so they won't increase level. While Box offered Sr. SE. package: Box base 200k, 17000shares. Total 300k per year. Youtube L3 cap around 250k I'm currently 3+ exps. Considering future career growth, is it worth to take youtube? Help needed.
Box for sure if you are optimizing for pay. Google cannot match that TC. They can't even get close to 300K for L4 let alone for L3. They have been paying like shit for everyone lately. Get a signing bonus from box with your YouTube offer. Unless the team at box is crap I would pick box.

since I'm still young, I'm more interested in my career growth and resources I could use.
I was sr. SDE at box and moved to G at L5. Joining box will be better for your career.
Your experience at box is HIGHLY dependent upon the team. There are some really great people, but really bad leaders.
