Breaking into a new world
I've worked at a CPG in marketing for almost 10 yrs. sports marketing before that. How can I get a recruiter at a company like Facebook, google, snap etc to look at my resume? I'm getting nothing and I have great experience building teams, successful campaigns, huge impact and multiple promotions.

Use your network. For many places it's the only way to get attention.
Look for keywords they'd be looking for and put them on your resume. If you dont have those skills, try to learn online and think of ways you could have used them in your past experience. Use those stories during interview.
