Broadcom hiring policy for married couple
Hi, Is it true that Broadcom wouldn’t hire people in a relationship within same Business Unit? Given there are multiple products & different reporting structure, it’s hard to imagine why they setup this policy. Thanks!

We used to have 2 couples in the same team, and things work well.
Not sure how to go about it. The manager said he wouldn’t pursue the referral coz the HR cited this policy.
