Just wanted to check if Fidelity Investments India would allow associates to be remote after pandemic.
I am Fidelity Investments US employee and looking to move back to India but would like to be working remotely may be 3 weeks in a month and 1 week office.
Is it possiblity?
Lots of companies started offering remote.
If not then I would look for job in other companies.

Worst part is they never give you timelines of anything.
Infact it works the opposite way for them. Make WFO mandatory so that a lot of other reluctant people leave. Clever way of downsizing.
