Can i buy a gun as a H1B visa holder? I went through a 20 hour road trip and i was si scared when driving through some sketchy towns throughout the night. If i had a gun on me i would have felt a little more secure. Especially since i was travelling with my gf.
Yes; depending on state, if you are a legal resident and meet the minimal requirements, you are considered a US citizen relative to firearms.
It’s harder to get through airport security than buy a gun in U S of A.. u just gotta ask some1 to give u one.. it’s that easy!
No you just have to go over to the gun trees, they just rain guns. I heard about this cool gun loophole where at gun shows they literally pay you to take their guns!! Guns are so easy to get!
Really? I tried to buy a gun and they told me to come back when a background check finished. Going through TSA checkpoint took me 20 minutes?
Even if you can, you can't just have it on you in most states, you need a concealed carry permit which may be very difficult to obtain, depending on state and county.
Don't know of any "gun of h1" ( will make a cool band name though) Also as a H1B visa holder u can buy gun. Though not legally in USA. But for sure in some other countries.
Which state? In CA you can probably buy it, but next to impossible to get CCW in most counties where blinders live. Which means, it wouldn't have helped you in the situation described.
Nope. Non citizens can not buy guns in any state. Federal law.
Guns and law u say??
If you feel scared just like that, you are not yet ready for gun responsibility. High likelihood of freezing up or shooting a random person. First, get some street smarts.
get it but pay ur dues in training
Look up USCCA. All your deets are there.
Just don't take gun ownership lightly. Follow the law, respect firearms, safty and security, learn and train.
If you start shooting, someone gonna shoot you back
