Buy in Midtown Atlanta
thoughts of purchasing a property in midtown. do you think the market is good to buy right now or should i wait for lull? do you see a foreseeable down market?

Atlanta is a strange market. There could be a foreseeable downturn, but nobody knows when. However, I do know that Atlanta has certain areas that are certifiably undervalued and don’t need a downturn to be a good buy. You are going to have to scout areas, but you will find many properties worth purchasing in good and worse locations

I lived in midtown for 7 years before relocating to California. I loved it. You’re near the park, MARTA, and a lot of restaurants and nightlife. When I went to sell my condo, it sold in 5 days. I think it’s still a good place to buy.
Midtown is nice. Nobody can predict the market. I prefer Inman park.
